Scott Finkel

Founder & President

Scott Finkel is the Founder and President of SPC Services, Inc., a nationwide provider of commercial facility solutions. Since founding the company in 1990 as a flooring restoration business, Scott has led its transformation into a full-service facilities solutions company, delivering commercial construction, facility maintenance, restoration, and specialty services to clients across the United States.

For more than three decades, Scott has built SPC Services on a foundation of integrity, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to customer service. Under his leadership, the company has earned a reputation for providing high-quality solutions while developing long-term partnerships with clients in a wide range of industries. His entrepreneurial vision and hands-on leadership continue to drive SPC Services' growth and commitment to excellence.

A Pennsylvania resident, Scott enjoys traveling with his wife, Kate, and spending time with their four sons. He believes that leadership is demonstrated through action and lives by his favorite quote: "Actions speak louder than words.”

Kelly White

Director of Facility Services

Kelly White serves as Director of Facility Services at SPC Services, Inc., where she has been a key member of the leadership team since 2023. Based in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, she brings more than 28 years of experience in commercial construction, facility management, and operations.

Kelly has built her career leading teams, managing complex facility and construction projects, and delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to operational excellence, she is dedicated to building lasting client relationships while upholding the high standards that define SPC Services.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time at the beach and swimming. A competitive swimmer from an early age, she was invited to train for the U.S. Olympic Team at just eight years old and competed throughout her school years in breaststroke and freestyle. The discipline and determination she developed through swimming continue to shape her leadership today.

Kelly believes that strong relationships are the foundation of every successful project and lives by her favorite motto: "Teamwork makes the dream work.”

George Hume

Architectural & Facilities Planning Manager

George Hume brings more than 50 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, and facilities planning. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, a Master's degree in Urban Design and Planning, and LEED certification, George has built an exceptional career leading planning, design, and construction initiatives for some of the world's most recognized retail, restaurant, healthcare, and financial organizations.

His distinguished career includes leadership roles with Coach, Macy's, A&S Department Stores, and several premier architectural firms. Throughout his career, George has overseen projects for renowned brands including Prada, Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy's, Bloomingdale's, TGI Fridays, Arby's, Blue Mercury, Clarins USA, Siemens Healthineers, and many others.

At SPC Services, George leverages his extensive expertise in architecture, construction, and facility planning to provide strategic guidance and technical leadership, helping clients develop practical, innovative, and cost-effective facility solutions.

Danny Mannix

Director of Sales

Danny Mannix began his career in the commercial cleaning industry with Puritan Chemical, where he quickly distinguished himself as a top-performing sales professional and became the company’s youngest Regional Manager in the United States.

During his tenure at Puritan, Danny spearheaded the company’s expansion into the Bahamas, establishing an entirely new division and leading its growth while spending one week each month in the region over a two-year period. His entrepreneurial drive eventually led him to launch his own commercial cleaning company, which he successfully grew into the third-largest service company in New Jersey.

After selling the business and entering semi-retirement, Danny returned to the industry as Vice President of a major facilities services company in the Bronx, where he spent six years helping drive significant growth and operational success. During this time, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the Bronx Chamber of Commerce in recognition of his business leadership and contributions to the local community.

Danny joined SPC Services in 2025, bringing decades of executive leadership, business development expertise, and operational experience to the organization.

Outside of work, Danny enjoys golf, fly fishing, and tennis, including attending the U.S. Open on multiple occasions. His proudest accomplishment, however, is becoming a grandfather.

Ray Wright

Crew Chief

Ray Wright has been a valued member of SPC Services, Inc. since 2015 and serves as Crew Chief for the company's Cleaning Division. Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ray plays a key role in overseeing field operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards clients expect from SPC Services.

Known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail, Ray is committed to delivering exceptional service while fostering teamwork and professionalism on every job site.

Outside of work, Ray enjoys spending time with his family, staying active at the gym, and caring for his cats. His dedication both on and off the job reflects the values that contribute to the continued success of SPC Services.

Rebecca Firlein

Project Manager

Rebecca Firlein serves as a Project Manager at SPC Services, Inc., where she has been an integral part of the team since 2022. Based in Gloucester City, New Jersey, Rebecca is recognized for her exceptional organizational skills, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to keep projects on schedule while delivering outstanding service to clients.

With a strong focus on planning, communication, and timely project management, Rebecca is committed to ensuring every project is completed efficiently and to the high standards that define SPC Services. Her dedication, consistency, and attention to detail make her a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Rebecca is a devoted full-time mom who enjoys spending time with her family and expressing her creativity in the kitchen through cooking. She believes success is built through discipline and consistency, reflected in her favorite quote:
